HEMAK has been operating on the market since 1991 and is a supplier of weighing systems for industry, logistics, agriculture, construction, recycling, quarries, gravel and concrete plants. We supply customers with road scales, weighbridges, industrial scales, technological weighing systems, scale service and SCALIS weighing automation.
Our advantage is the combination of technology, service and our own IT background. Thanks to this, we can solve not only the weighing itself, but also the recording of material, vehicle movement, weighing tickets, cameras, terminals and connection with the customer’s systems.
HEMAK has an international consortium of 30 people, a 10-member service team, its own IT department and 7 service vehicles. Over the years, we have delivered more than 1000 implementations and serve more than 200 customers and operations.
Employees
HEMAK in Slovakia consists of a team of 17 employees, the international HEMAK consortium consists of a total of 30 people who are engaged in the production, assembly, service and development of weighing systems on a daily basis. Thanks to our own technical background, we can provide customers with fast support, professional solutions and reliable service for road, industrial and technological scales.
Service Team
Our 10-member service team provides repairs, diagnostics, regular inspections, calibrations, upgrades and service support for HEMAK and other brand weighing systems.
IT department
Our own IT department solves SCALIS software, ERP connections, self-service terminals, license plate cameras, remote support and automation of weighing according to customer needs.
Production and assembly
The production and assembly team ensures the preparation, completion, delivery and installation of road, bridge, industrial and technological weighing systems directly at the customer’s site.
Sales and solution design
The sales team helps customers choose the appropriate solution according to the type of operation, weighing method, capacity, transport flow and automation options.
Technical support
Technical support helps with system setup, solving operational issues, remote diagnostics, and coordinating service or IT interventions.
Administration and customer service
The administrative team ensures communication with customers, planning of service interventions, documentation, order records and support in normal operations.
Spare parts in stock and faster troubleshooting
When a scale breaks down, time is of the essence. If a plant is waiting for a spare part, downtime, logistics complications and unnecessary costs arise.
HEMAK keeps key components and spare parts in stock so that the service intervention can be completed faster. Thanks to the availability of parts, we can shorten the repair time and help the customer resume normal operation as soon as possible.
This is especially important in operations where it is weighed daily – in logistics areas, agricultural enterprises, recycling centers, quarries, gravel pits, concrete plants and industrial plants.

For faster delivery of new projects, we also have ready-made weighing solutions in stock. These include road and weighbridge scales, loader scales, and SCALIS weighing automation elements.

Thanks to our stock, our own technical background and an experienced team, we can react quickly even with new projects, upgrades or extensions of existing weighing systems.
Turnkey contracts
HEMAK also carries out complete turnkey orders. We provide project documentation, technical design, construction preparation, installation of the weighing system, cabling, wiring, commissioning and subsequent service.
Fast delivery and solutions according to the needs of the operation
Each operation has different requirements. A logistics complex needs a different solution, a farm, a recycling center, a quarry or a concrete plant needs a different solution.
HEMAK provides its own production, assembly and design solutions. Thanks to this, we can supply new weighing systems, modernize existing solutions and supplement them with software, cameras, terminals or SCALIS automation.
The offer includes road and weighbridge scales up to 60 tons, industrial scales, technological weighing systems and solutions supplemented with SCALIS automation or camera systems with AI for vehicles and premises.
