SCALIS Central
SCALIS Central connects multiple local stations within a single facility. It covers the entire site—for example, a single quarry, a single concrete plant, a single recycling yard, or a single manufacturing facility.
SCALIS Central collects data from all local points and enables their centralized management. Within a single facility, SCALIS Central can thus connect the entry scale, exit scale, self-service kiosk, belt scale, loader scale, cameras, barriers, and traffic lights.
Example:
The concrete plant has an entry weighbridge, an exit weighbridge, a belt scale for aggregate, and a self-service terminal for drivers. Each location can function as a SCALIS Local site, but they all belong to a single operation. SCALIS Central connects them so that operators can view all weighings, materials, orders, and vehicle movements in a single system.
SCALIS Enterprise is the highest level of the system. It is used when a company needs to manage multiple separate operations at the same time.
Enterprise integrates data from multiple locations and provides a centralized view of the entire company. This means management does not have to monitor each facility separately. SCALIS HUB is the system’s data center. It consolidates data generated by scales, vending machines, local operations, and other modules. It is used for data management, reporting, performance analysis, statistics, and managing the history of commercial weighings.

A dispatcher or authorized user prepares the order, the system generates a QR code or PIN, and the driver then identifies himself at the scale without having to enter the information manually.

A customer orders 24 metric tons of 0/32 aggregate. The dispatcher creates an order in SCALIS SOA and assigns a vehicle and the material. The driver receives a QR code. Upon arrival at the scale, the driver scans the QR code; SCALIS fills in all the data and performs the weighing.
