TRAXER STS Rail Scale
TRAXER STS is an electronic rail scale designed for precise static weighing of stationary railcars. This solution is suitable for industrial enterprises, railroad sidings, logistics centers, mining operations, the chemical industry, the energy sector, and companies that require reliable commercial weighing of railroad cars.
The TRAXER STS rail scale can be designed as a single-bridge system for shorter railcars or as a multi-bridge assembly consisting of several weighing modules. The modular design allows the length and number of spans to be adjusted according to the type of railcars being weighed and operational requirements.
STATIC WEIGHING OF RAILCARs FOR INDUSTRIAL OPERATIONS
TRAXER STS is a solution for companies that need accurate railcar weighing without disconnecting the railcar or with minimal disruption to rail operations. The weighing bridge’s flat steel construction allows for quick installation and long-term, maintenance-free operation.
The scale can be supplied as a foundationless solution, in which the steel-framed weighbridge forms a compact unit mounted on a compacted gravel base, or with a precast foundation basin. This foundation can also serve as a containment basin when weighing and filling tankers with environmentally hazardous substances.

FAQ
The TRAXER STS is used for precise static weighing of stationary railroad cars.
Automated weighing reduces the risk of human error in data entry, vehicle identification, or the processing of weigh tickets. Data is recorded accurately and consistently.
SCALIS allows you to track vehicles, weighings, materials, orders, and results all in one system. This gives the company a clear overview of what is coming into and leaving the facility, and in what quantities.
The TRAXER STS can be supplied as a quick-installation solution that does not require on-site concrete work, installed in a gravel bed, or with a precast foundation box.
Yes. The scale can be integrated into the company’s information system and supplemented with TRAXER PC software, wireless data transmission, and a terminal for collecting data on railcars.
