HEMAK CZ at BVV: PRECISION WEIGHING, AUTOMATION, AND SMART SOLUTIONS FOR INDUSTRY
From March 25 to 28, 2026, we participated in the MINE & BUILD Brno trade fair at the BVV Exhibition Center, where we presented HEMAK solutions for modern industrial weighing, automation, and operational safety.
Our presentation focused primarily on the integration of weighing technology with software and automation components. We demonstrated how a scale today can function not only as a measuring device, but also as part of a digitally controlled process—from vehicle identification to data processing.
SCALIS as a Center for Automated Weighing
The main focus of our exhibit was the SCALIS software system. We demonstrated to visitors how it is used to manage and analyze weighing data, as well as to keep records of vehicles, materials, customers, and weigh tickets.
SCALIS simplifies day-to-day operations at weighing stations, reduces the number of manual tasks, and provides a better overview of material flow. When combined with cameras, traffic lights, barriers, license plate readers, or RFID identification, it creates a complete solution for an automated weighing station.
Comprehensive Solutions for Industry
At BVV, we also showcased our portfolio of industrial scales and technologies designed for demanding operating conditions. Our main solutions include truck scales, rail scales, on-board weighing systems, loader scales, and process weighing.
An important part of our offering is the ability to tailor solutions to specific operations. Every customer has different conditions, different material flows, and different data requirements. That is why we focus on modular systems that can be expanded according to the facility’s needs.
