How our calibration process works:
A scale being serviced is first adjusted (adjustment = setting the scale so that its error is within the accuracy class specified by the scale) and then calibrated (calibration = testing the scale with weights to determine its error). Once the work is complete, we will issue a calibration report. If official certification is required, we will arrange for an authorized person to perform the actual official certification, coordinate the work, and assist the authorized person during the certification process.
